They are all owner occupied, which means you really can get to know your neighbours and have lots of fun with lasting friendships.
Our resort is a land lease community where the ownership of the land is separate from the ownership of the home, which is why it is so affordable. Your right to live in your home for an indefinite period is guaranteed and protected by Queensland State Government law.
There are no deferred management fees at any of our Living Gems communities. Should you wish to sell in the future, 100% of the capital gains are yours. Also, there is no stamp duty to pay when you purchase.
The only on-going costs are a weekly site management fee which covers maintenance of the gardens and the full range of facilities on site.

Absolutely! Family and friends are more than welcome to visit and to stay overnight.
There is a modestly priced site fee at Living Gems Gold Coast to cover the cost of operating and maintaining the Country Club, other resort facilities and on-site management. These fees are billed monthly and increase in accordance with the terms of your Site Agreement.
If you have a Department of Veterans' Affairs or Australian Pension Card, you may be eligible to receive a Federal Government rebate.
