Having recently downsized from a very large house at Mount Warren, former bankers John and Rose-Marie Sullivan are loving the lifestyle at Amber by Living Gems and have enjoyed personally styling their brand-new home.

True to their word, the couple’s alfresco is decorated to comfortably welcome friends for a cosy coffee catchup, cheese platter, or bottle of bubbles.
“Our addition of bi-fold plantation shutters allows year-round access to the outdoor area, letting in the sunshine and fresh air, or protecting us from cool breezes.
“Artificial foliage creates a peaceful, green focal point, which is care-free when we are away travelling.”
The recently opened Amber by Living Gems Country Club has so many recreational facilities, Rose-Marie said, that she felt proud showing their guests around.
“Many had no idea a community like Amber by Living Gems even existed and all are very envious of our new lifestyle,” she said. “They are now certainly considering their options.
