Welcome to the May issue of Thrive. With both Mother’s Day and
International Families Day taking place in May, this month’s magazine puts
the spotlight on family – the cornerstone of our personal lives and society.

On pages 4 and 5 we share a story about two generations of residents who call
Amber by Living Gems home. And on pages 6 and 7, we have another lovely story
about Living Gems Caboolture Riverfront mum and daughter who are having the
time of their lives by taking part in the entertainment and activities at the resort.
April was a huge month for Amber by Living Gems, with the official opening of the
magnificent brand-new Country Club. This stunning two-storey facility is already
becoming the social heart of the community, with residents enjoying everything
from ten-pin bowling, the beautiful swimming pool, virtual golf, the lounge and
games areas and so much more. Turn to pages 8 to 13 for a pictorial reveal. We
know homeowner Sandra Morgan, who loves playing sports of all kinds to keep fit
and healthy, will be a regular at the new gym (turn to pages 18 to 19 to read more).
Construction of Amber by Living Gems’ luxurious two-storey homes has been
completed and, following the sale of our first display home last month, we have
opened a new display home for viewing. These premium highset three-bedroom
homes are beautifully designed and feature a huge range of superb standard
inclusions. Look inside the Bowen design home on pages 14 to 17.

I am thrilled to share the exciting news that our wonderful Caboolture Riverfront
resort is now fully sold out, with the last Final Stage home now officially off the market.

I’d like to give a special shout out to Sapphire by Living Gems Resort Manager
Natalie Bean who’s been hard at training for Coastrek Sunshine Coast 2024, which
takes place in July. Natalie’s team is putting in plenty of kilometres to help support
the Heart Foundation. Read her story on pages 20 to 21 and if you can, support her
team’s efforts by becoming a sponsor!
