It’s party time!

The champagne flowed as fast as the
conversation as more than 350 homeowners
gathered to celebrate the opening of the $10.5
million Country Club at Amber by Living
Gems in Logan Village last month.

Opened by Living Gems CEO Adrian Puljich, with
Peter and Vlad Puljich also in attendance, the
two-storey facility boasts golf simulator, ten-pin
bowling, private cinema, and more, setting the
benchmark in over-50s resort living in the region.
“Our homeowners have been eagerly anticipating
this day for a long time,” said Sales Manager Lynda
Ruddle.

“And on the day, they certainly let their hair down!
The food from Chef Matt Conquest went down
a treat as did the delicious seafood on offer. The
afternoon celebration continued well into the
evening with the live band persuaded to perform a
few more sets to the delight of the homeowners.

“The social groups that have formed now
have a lovely new home and I know that many
homeowners will be eager to try out everything
over the coming weeks.”
The spirit of celebration continues into this month
with the public open day on Saturday, 11 May.
